Settings is no longer one long mixed menu. The first screen is a small hub with two primary destinations — App Settings and Shop Management — plus quick shortcuts for the most common admin tasks.

Settings hub

Open Settings from the bottom navigation. At the top you will see two large cards:

  • App Settings — subscription, theme, language, device lock, reminder behavior, storage, backup, export, privacy, and legal items.
  • Shop Management — shop details, technicians, workflow presets, customer communication, tracking, catalogs, payment methods, printers, and document text settings.

App Settings

  • Subscription — view Pro status, upgrade, restore a purchase, and open the plan detail screen.
  • Theme and language — light/dark/system plus the 7 shipped UI languages.
  • Device Lock — protect the app with the phone's own biometric or device credential prompt. See Device lock & security.
  • Reminders — repair reminder notifications and customer auto-notify behavior.
  • Storage, Local Backup & Transfer, and Backup & Restore — file cleanup, full JSON backup/export, and optional encrypted Google Drive backup.
  • Data & Privacy — Delete All Data, diagnostics opt-in, privacy policy, and terms.

Shop Management

  • Shop Details — name, logo, contact info, website, tax ID, currency, tax mode, and the primary device-identifier label used on documents.
  • Technicians — staff profiles and technician assignment management.
  • Workflow presets — repair issues, order items, suppliers, and payment methods.
  • Customer communication — repair/order templates, quote templates, digital receipts, tracking messages, and public tracking settings.
  • Catalogs & payments — manufacturers, suppliers, and payment method presets.
  • Printing & documents — label printers, thermal printers, and repair/order/quote document wording.

Quick access

  • Shop Details — jump straight into business identity and tax/currency setup.
  • Technicians — open the staff list without drilling through the full shop-management tree.
  • Backup & Restore — open the cloud-backup dashboard from the hub in one tap.

DATA

  • Local Backup & Transfer — JSON export/restore for the whole shop plus CSV transfer for spreadsheets and migrations. See Export / Import.
  • Backup & Restore — optional Pro encrypted Google Drive backup, history, recovery phrase, and restore validation. See Cloud backup.
  • Delete All Data — wipe the device database and optionally purge cloud backup content if Google Drive backup is connected.
