RepairNode Pro unlocks the advanced parts of the app. Purchases are handled by RevenueCat and billed by the Apple App Store — RepairNode never sees your card details.

What Pro unlocks

  • Wi-Fi label printing and advanced repair / order thermal printing for counters, pickup slips, and repair stickers.
  • Encrypted Google Drive backup & restore with recovery phrase protection and history.
  • Analytics dashboard and analytics PDF export.
  • Repair photos and signatures.
  • Technician management.
  • Public tracking links and tracking message templates for repairs and orders.
  • Document settings for repair, order, and quote document text/prefix configuration.

What stays free

  • Customers, repairs, parts orders, and quotes — full CRUD.
  • Status workflows and payments / refunds.
  • Quote PDFs, sharing, and quote thermal printing.
  • JSON local backup plus CSV export / import.
  • Communication templates and digital receipt templates.
  • Up to 7 supported languages and the core offline workflow.
  • Device Lock using your phone's own biometric or device credential prompt.

The free tier is intentionally a complete shop-management product. You do not need Pro to run a shop.

Plans and pricing

Plans are loaded dynamically from RevenueCat — there is no hard-coded price in the app. Open the paywall to see the current options. The mix can include:

  • A monthly subscription.
  • A yearly subscription.
  • Sometimes a weekly or quarterly option.
  • Sometimes a one-time lifetime purchase, depending on the active store offering.

Subscribing

    Open the paywall
    Tap the Upgrade tile in Settings, or trigger any Pro feature.

    Pick a plan
    Tap the plan card.

    Confirm with the app store
    Apple handles the actual purchase using your existing payment method.

    Enjoy
    Pro unlocks immediately. The Settings header changes to show your plan and renewal date.

Managing your subscription

Tap the Pro status tile in Settings. The detail screen shows:

  • Plan name and status (Active / Expired).
  • Purchase date and expiration date.
  • Auto-renew on or off.
  • Store source (App Store / Sandbox).
  • Cancellation date if you have cancelled.
  • Billing issue date if your card has been declined.

The Manage Subscription button at the bottom opens your phone's subscription management page.

Restoring a purchase

If you reinstall the app, switch phones on the same store account, or simply lose access for any reason, tap the Restore button on the paywall. RevenueCat checks your store account for the latest purchase and re-applies it.

Offline grace period

RepairNode caches your subscription state locally so that going offline does not immediately lock you out. If verification fails because of network problems but the cached Pro status is less than 48 hours old, you keep access. After 48 hours, the app waits for the next successful network check before re-enabling Pro features.

Cancelling

Cancellation is handled by your phone's store, not by RepairNode. Tap Manage Subscription in the Pro detail screen, or open Settings on your phone → Subscriptions. Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
